Thank you for your interest in providing a Foster Home for a Newfoundland dog from SENC Rescue, Inc.'s program. By completing
and submitting this application you affirm that you accept full responsibility to provide temporary housing, food and both physical
and mental care to a rescued Newf.  Please answer all of the questions as completely and truthfully as you can to determine the
most suitable rescue Newf for your situation (
any unanswered questions will delay the processing of your application), read the
liability release and complete the Electronic Signature.

VETTING NOTICE

Expenses

Any and All expenses incurred by the foster provider(s) without pre-approval from SENC Rescue, Inc. SHALL
be the foster provider’s responsibility; SENC Rescue, Inc. will not reimburse any unapproved expenses. In the
event of the foster provider’s failure to obtain pre-approval for veterinary visits, treatments and expenses, the
foster dog *may* be removed from the foster provider’s care. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies
(life or death). However, foster provider(s) shall contact SENC Rescue, Inc. without delay for further instructions.
Examples of emergencies: Bloat, poisoning, prolonged vomiting and/or diarrhea.

Quarantine
In the attempt to reduce potential cross-infection or exposure risks, you must have the ability to provide an
appropriate place/space to quarantine a rescue dog. SENC Rescue, Inc. cannot and will not guarantee the
prevention of cross-infection or exposure to disease from a rescue dog to your pets, children or others who
may come into contact with the rescue dog.

I am willing to accept the financial responsibilities (until reimbursed by SENC Rescue, Inc) and other burdens and responsibilities associated with fostering a rescued
Newfoundland.  I also understand that a home inspection is absolutely mandatory before final approval to foster will be granted.
